Oh the glory of receiving a pink package in the mail, this is the first of 2015, and I am completely content with what IPSY sent to me.
Bellapierre Shimmer Powder - I love 100 percent mineral anything, so I was very pleased when I found out this was a mineral eyeshadow made with Mica powder. Mine came in the shade Whesek which works perfect for a sultry look. $14.99 .
Elizabeth Mott All Over Eyeshadow Brush - Let me start by saying this brush is totally cute, most of my brushes are black or the typical silver, but this has got me thinking I need to add some color to my brush collection. It's a typical eyeshadow brush for the most part, but one thing did especially like about this brush is that it somehow held on to the eyeshadow better, so when I applied it there wasn't much residue on other parts of my face surrounding my eyes. $9.99 .
Jouer Lip Enhancer - I have heard so many great reviews on this product, but I never got around to buying it myself, so when I opened my Glam Bag it was the first thing I grabbed. It literally went from the Ipsy bag, to my lips, to my purse; I love it that much. It gives the appearance of a fuller lip while decreasing the appearance of fine lines, this product is just perfect I am definitely keeping it around. The .33 fl oz is $16.00, I recieved it in .15 fl oz so I am just going to roughly estimate it to costing $8.00 .
La Fresh Be Good. Good Day. Day Moisturizer- I am super picky about what I put on my face, but after trying this I am actually debating on whether or not to buy this. I wasn't to fond of the smell, so I think that is holding me back a little bit, I did love the results, it didn't leave my face feeling oily, it kept my face moisturized the entire day I spent outside shopping and it felt fresh minutes after applying to my face and neck. This is a brand I have never heard of before, but after visiting their website, they have me extremely intrigued with their products. The sample of this product costs $13.99
Pacifica Natural Mineral Eyeshadow- The last time Ipsy sent me a product from Pacifica, it was their eyeliner, which I had an allergic reaction to, but since it was a new product, I thought I would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised, I didn't think it was going to turn out well, but I really love the Coconut shade it has great pigment and lasts all day. I liked it so much that I have actually been wearing it as a daily shadow this entire week. Yay for new finds! The only thing negative about these eyeshadows is that they aren't sold separately, which totally blows! I want to say (don't quote me on this) one of these would be estimated to cost around $6.00 each if they were sold separately.
Based on my own researched of the products received by Ipsy the January Glam Bag I received came to a grand estimated total of $52.97, not including tax or price of makeup bag. I only paid $10.00 and received all of these goodies plus an insiders treat to discounted name brand beauty products. If you want to get on some sweet deals for just $10.00 a month ,just JOIN HERE!
