BACK TO SCHOOL 2019

It's officially back-to-school time here in the PNW which means we're back to doing my least favorite things; waking up and rushing to get out of the door, but I figure it will be good for all of us to be back on a sorta-schedule. We always do a special breakfast for the first day of school, per Lyla's request we had homemade french toast sticks, berries, and juice. Lyla was able to meet her teacher two days prior to the first day of school and my heart couldn't more excited to see all that she will accomplish this year, but also, I wish time would slow down for just a bit. Hold them close Mamas! 

Last year we asked Lyla a few questions and this year we thought it'd be fun to share her responses with you! It's a cute way to track their changes 

How old are you?

Lyla: I am six

What is your favorite color?

My favorite color is blue.

What is your favorite thing about school?

Swings.

What is your favorite thing to eat?

Spaghetti...no actaully, mac n cheese. Spaghetti and mac n cheese.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

A doctor and a ballerina. 

What is your favorite thing to play with?

My brother and his toys.

What is your favorite movie?

The Good Dinosaur. 

What do you love most?

My mommy! ...And Daddy!
